ABOUT ME…
After 25 years as a Registered Dietitian, I decided to pursue a more creatively fulfilling career as a graphic designer. Being creative makes me feel complete. Graphic design, to me, is about conveying a clear message in a visual format. I enjoy the process of design creation. From brainstorming and problem solving to decisions about type, composition, color and light, I love it all. I am so satisfied when a design is successful.
My art and design is often inspired by the style of Art Nouveau, Art Deco, the Bauhaus Movement, and nature (specifically birds and flowers). I try to live by the wise words of the famous graphic designer, Saul Bass: "I want to make beautiful things, even if nobody cares." I look forward to using my talent and skills to create beautiful designs that contribute to the world.
